Terms of Service

1. The service
AutoPost uploads the videos you send to the YouTube channels you connect and publishes them at the time you set. It can also set thumbnails, playlists and captions, post comments you provide and change the details of videos it uploaded.
2. YouTube Terms of Service
AutoPost uses YouTube API Services. By using AutoPost, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. You must also follow the YouTube Community Guidelines. How Google handles your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
3. Your account and channels
Connect only channels you own or are allowed to manage. Keep your dashboard password and API keys secret: anything done with them counts as done by you.
4. Your content
You keep all rights to your videos and texts. You confirm that you have the rights to everything you upload and that it complies with the law and YouTube's policies. You allow AutoPost to process your content only to upload and publish it for you.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use AutoPost for spam, misleading titles or descriptions, content that breaks the law or YouTube's policies, or to get around YouTube's limits. We may suspend access if these terms are broken.
6. YouTube limits
YouTube limits how many videos can be uploaded per day. AutoPost cannot publish beyond these limits, and release times depend on YouTube processing the video.
7. No warranty
AutoPost is provided "as is". We work to keep it running but do not guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, AutoPost is not liable for indirect losses or lost income, or for actions YouTube or Google take on your channel or videos.
9. Ending the service
You can stop using AutoPost at any time: disconnect your channels in the dashboard and revoke access in your Google Account. We may stop providing the service after notifying you.
10. Not affiliated with YouTube
AutoPost is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by YouTube or Google. YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC.
11. Changes
We may update these terms and will publish the new version on this page. Continuing to use AutoPost after a change means you accept the new terms.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine.
